تداوم بازداشت؛ صدور کیفرخواست پرونده مهوش ثابت

برگزاری هرانا – مهوش ثابت (شهریاری) از اعضای سابق مدیران جامعه بهائی ایران موسوم به “یاران ایران”، علیرغم گذشت بیش از ۳ ماه از زمان دستگیری کماکان در بازداشت به سر میبرد. کیفرخواست پرونده وی صادر و جهت رسیدگی به دادگاه ارسال شده است. به گزارش خبرگزاری هرانا، ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، مهوش ثابت (شهریاری)، کماکان در بازداشت و بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد. بر اساس این کیفرخواست که توسط دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ناحیه ۳۳ تهران صادر شده، این شهروند بهائی به “اداره جمعیت تحت عنوان فرقه انحرافی ضاله با هدف برهم زدن امنیت کشور” متهم شده است. در این کیفرخواست، اعمال “ماده ۴۹۸ قانون مجازات اسلامی” یعنی از دو تا ده سال حبس برای این شهروند بهائی درخواست شده است. ملاقات با شهروندان بهائی در شهرهای مختلف ایران، شرکت در مراسمات مذهبی بهائیان و ارتباط با بهائیان خارج از کشور با استفاده از برنامه واتس اپ از مصادیق اتهامات وارده علیه این شهروند عنوان شده است. مهوش ثابت (شهریاری)، از اعضای سابق مدیران جامعه بهائی ایران موسوم به “یاران ایران”، روز یکشنبه ۹ مردادماه امسال، همزمان با ۶ شهروند بهائی، دیگر در شهرهای مختلف کشور توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند. در این روز منازل دستکم ۳۷ شهروند بهائی دیگر مورد تفتیش نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفت. بعد از این اقدامات، همزمان با انتشار اطلاعیه وزارت اطلاعات، صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی با انتشار ویدیویی شهروندان بهائی بازداشت شده را به جاسوسی، نفوذ در مهدکودک‌ها و ترویج بی حجابی در کشور متهم کرد. به گفته سیمین فهندژ، سخنگوی جامعه جهانی بهائی در سازمان ملل “گزارشات منتشر شده توسط جمهوری اسلامی در رسانه ها، مجددا ثابت کرد که شهروندان بهائی در ایران صرفاً به دلیل اعتقادات دینی خود تحت آزار و اذیت سیستماتیک قرار می گیرند.” مهوش ثابت (شهریاری) که از بیماری قلبی رنج می‌برد، پیش از این نیز سابقه برخوردهای قضایی و تحمل حبس را دارد. شهروندان بهائی در ایران از آزادی‌های مرتبط به باورهای دینی محروم هستند، این محرومیت سیستماتیک در حالی است که طبق ماده ۱۸ اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر و ماده ۱۸ میثاق بین‌المللی حقوق مدنی و سیاسی هر شخصی حق دارد از آزادی دین و تغییر دین با اعتقاد و همچنین آزادی اظهار آن به طور فردی یا جمعی و به طور علنی یا در خفا برخوردار باشد. بر اساس منابع غیررسمی در ایران بیش از سیصد هزار شهروند بهائی وجود دارد اما قانون اساسی ایران فقط اسلام، مسیحیت، یهودیت و زرتشتی گری را به رسمیت شناخته و مذهب بهائیان را به رسمیت نمی‌شناسد. به همین دلیل طی سالیان گذشته همواره حقوق بهائیان در ایران به صورت سیستماتیک نقض شده است. مواد نقض حقوق بشر: ماده۲-عدم تبعیض ماده۶- ارزش انسانی در همه جا ماده۱۸-حق آزادی عقیده ماده۲۵-حق خوراک و مسکن و مراقبتهای طبی و خدمات لازم اجتماعی برای همه. فعال حقوق بشر کوثر ولی زاده Harana - Mahosh Thabit (Shahriari), one of the former members of the leaders of the Baha'i community of Iran, known as "Yaran Iran", is still in custody despite the passage of more than 3 months since his arrest. In this indictment, the application of "Article 498 of the Islamic Penal Code" means two to ten years of imprisonment for this Baha'i citizen. Meeting with Baha'i citizens in different cities of Iran, participating in Baha'i religious ceremonies and communicating with Baha'is abroad using the WhatsApp program are among the examples of accusations against this citizen. Mahosh Thabit (Shahriari), one of the former members of the leaders of the Iranian Baha'i community known as "Yaran Iran", was arrested by the security forces on Sunday, August 9 this year, along with 6 other Baha'i citizens in different cities of the country. On this day, the homes of at least 37 other Baha'i citizens were searched by the security forces. After these measures, at the same time as the announcement of the Ministry of Information, the Islamic Republic of Iran Radio and Television accused the arrested Baha'i citizens of espionage, infiltrating kindergartens and promoting bareness in the country. According to Simin Fahandej, the spokesperson of the World Baha'i Community at the United Nations, "the reports published by the Islamic Republic in the media proved once again that Baha'i citizens in Iran are subjected to systematic persecution simply because of their religious beliefs." Mahosh Thabit (Shahriari), who suffers from heart disease, has a history of judicial encounters and imprisonment. Baha'i citizens in Iran are deprived of the freedoms related to religious beliefs, this systematic deprivation while according to Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, every person has the right to freedom of religion and change of religion with conviction, as well as have the freedom to express it individually or collectively and publicly or secretly. According to unofficial sources, there are more than three hundred thousand Baha'i citizens in Iran, but the Iranian constitution only recognizes Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and Zoroastrianism and does not recognize the Baha'i religion. For this reason, the rights of Baha'is have been systematically violated in Iran over the past years.
