ملیکا قراگوزلو به بیمارستان روانپزشکی امین آباد منتقل شد

خبرگزاری هرانا – ملیکا قراگوزلو، دانشجوی بازداشتی امروز چهارشنبه ۲۵ آبان، از زندان قرچک به بیمارستان روانپزشکی امین آباد (رازی) منتقل شد. به گزارش خبرگزاری هرانا، ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز چهارشنبه ۲۵ آبان ۱۴۰۱، ملیکا قراگوزلو، به بیمارستان امین آباد (رازی) منتقل شد. محمدعلی کامفیروزی، وکیل ملیکا قراگوزلو با انتشار پستی در صفحه شخصی خود، ضمن اعلام این خبر نوشت: “پیشتر چندین روانشناس و روانپزشک، گواهی داده بودند که موکلم امکان تحمل حبس ندارد. با توجه به پیگیریهای بی نتیجه قبلی، مسئولیت بروز هرگونه اتفاقی، با مسئولان قضایی و امنیتی است”. ملیکا قراگوزلو، دانشجوی ۲۲ ساله روزنامه نگاری دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی، روز شنبه ۹ مهر در منزل شخصی خود بازداشت شد. وی، روز چهارشنبه ۲۲ تیرماه امسال و پس از انتشار ویدئویی که با از سر برداشتن حجاب، به قانون حجاب اجباری اعتراض کرده بود، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و روز چهارشنبه ۲ شهریور، با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان اوین آزاد شد. خانم قراگوزلو اواخر شهریور امسال توسط دادگاه انقلاب تهران به تحمل ۴ سال و ۴ ماه حبس، جزای نقدی و محرومیت های اجتماعی محکوم شد. در صورت تایید این حکم در مرحله تجدید نظر، با اعمال ماده ۱۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی، مجازات اشد یعنی ۳ سال و ۸ ماه ماه حبس، در خصوص وی قابل اجرا خواهد بود. وی پیشتر نیز در جریان اعتراضات سراسری آبان ۹۸، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و مدتی بعد با تودیع قرار وثیقه ۶۰ میلیون تومانی از زندان اوین آزاد شده بود. او اواخر سال ۹۸، توسط دادگاه انقلاب تهران به شش ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. این شهروند آبان‌ماه ۱۳۹۹، شامل بخشنامه عفو رئیس قوه قضاییه قرار گرفته و به زندان نرفت. در رابطه با اعتراضات سراسری شهریور-مهر ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت مهسا امینی زن جوان ۲۲ ساله به جرم بدحجابی توسط پلیس امنیت اخلاقی و سپس جان باختن او در زمان بازداشت به موج گسترده ای از اعتراضات سراسری در ایران دامن زد. معترضان با شعار محوری “زن، زندگی، آزادی” در اعتراض به عملکرد، قوانین و ساختار حکومت معترض به خیابانها آمدند. هرانا با انتشار گزارشی ۲۱۵ صفحه ای به بررسی آماری، تحلیل و جمع بندی از بیست روز نخست اعتراضات (۲۶ شهریور تا ۱۳ مهر ۱۴۰۱) اختصاص داد. در گزارش مذکور علاوه بر تحلیل جغرافیایی و ارائه نقشه و نمودار، هویت ۲۰۰ جان باخته احتمالی از جمله ۱۸ کودک و نوجوان، برآورد از ۵۵۰۰ بازداشت شده به همراه هویت ۵۶۳ تن از شهروندان بازداشت شده، ۱۲۳ دانشجو و ۳۶ روزنامه نگار یا فعال عرصه خبر ارائه شده است. همچنین در کنار بخش های متعدد دیگر، مجموعه کاملی از ۶۹۸ گزارش ویدیویی راستی آزمایی شده به تفکیک زمان و موضوع در این گزارش لحاظ شده است. این گزارش اعتراضات در ۳۴۲ نقطه کشور در تمام استانهای کشور از جمله ۱۰۵ شهر و ۶۸ دانشگاه را بررسی کرده است. مواد نقض حقوق بشر در ایران: ماده۸-رعایت حقوق انسانی توسط قانون ماده۲۲-حق امنیت اجتماعی فرهنگی مالی فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده . Melika Karagozlu, a 22-year-old student of journalism at Allameh Tabatabai University, was arrested in her private home on Saturday, October 9. She was arrested by the security forces on Wednesday, July 22nd of this year, after the release of a video in which she protested against the mandatory hijab law by taking off her hijab, and was released from Evin prison on Wednesday, September 2nd. Mrs. Karagozlu was sentenced to 4 years and 4 months in prison, fine and social deprivation by the Tehran Revolutionary Court at the end of September this year. If this sentence is approved in the appeal stage, by applying Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, the severe punishment of 3 years and 8 months of imprisonment will be applicable to him. Earlier, he was arrested by the security forces during the nationwide protests in November 2018 and was released from Evin prison after posting a bail of 60 million tomans. At the end of 2018, he was sentenced to six months in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Tehran. In November 2019, this citizen was included in the amnesty circular of the head of the judiciary and did not go to prison.
