هشدار شورای صنفی دانشجویان ایران نسبت به وضعیت سلامت لیلا حسین‌زاده

دو هفته پس از اعتصاب دارویی لیلا حسین‌زاده، دانشجوی زندانی، شورای صنفی دانشجویان کشور در حمایت از او طوماری را برای امضا منتشر کرده و در آن نسبت به وضعیت سلامت او هشدار داده است. لیلا حسین‌زاده، فعال دانشجویی در دانشگاه تهران و دانشجوی انسان‌شناسی، با وجود شرایط «عدم تحمل کیفر» از چهار ماه پیش در زندان عادل‌آباد شیراز تحت بازداشت است. شورای صنفی دانشجویان کشور در طوماری که سه‌شنبه ۱۳ دی منتشر کرده، با بیان این که «بیماری لاعلاج» لیلا حسین‌زاده «حاصل دوران اولین بازداشت او است»، مقامات قوه قضاییه را به «فریب‌کاری پزشکی» و «تجویز داروی کورتون بدون اطلاع» خانم حسین زاده متهم کرده، و افزوده است که قوه قضاییه «قصد جان» او را کرده‌ است. این نهاد دانشجویی افزوده است: «ما نسبت به تهدید سلامتی لیلا حسین‌زاده هشدار می‌دهیم و خواهان آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط او و سایر دانشجویان بازداشت‌شده طی ماه‌های اخیر هستیم.» در این بیانیه تأکید شده که «فرآیند تحقیقات و بازجویی‌ها» در هفته نخست بازداشت پایان یافته و مسئولان دادگستری شیراز بدون توجه به «حکم عدم تحمل کیفر» پزشکی قانونی، از آزادی خانم حسین‌زاده جلوگیری می‌کنند. لیلا حسین‌زاده به بیماری «خودایمنی کرون» مبتلا است و به دلیل «بروز عوارض شدید» مانند «دردهای مفصلی و درگیری چشمی و احتمال از دست دادن بینایی» به مراقبت و درمان نیاز دارد. این دانشجوی زندانی به دلیل ابتلا به بیماری خودایمنی کرون و بروز عوارض شدید همچون دردهای مفصلی و درگیری چشمی (یووئیت) و احتمال از دست دادن بینایی، لازم است تحت مراقبت و درمان قرار گیرد. موانقض حقوق بشر: ماده۲۵-حق خوراک و مسکن و مراقبتهای طبی و خدمات لازم اجتماعی برای همه. #مهسا _امینی فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده Two weeks after the medical strike of imprisoned student Leila Hosseinzadeh, the student union council of the country has published a petition to be signed in support of her and has warned about her health condition.
