فاطمه مهری به حبس، شلاق و جریمه نقدی محکوم شد

خبرگزاری هرانا – فاطمه مهری، شهروند ساکن شهرکرد توسط شعبه ۱۰۶ دادگاه کیفری دو این شهرستان به ۳ ماه حبس و ۳۱ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد. حکم حبس وی به علت نداشتن سابقه کیفری٬ به یک سال حبس تعلیقی و پرداخت ۳ میلیون تومان جریمه نقدی کاهش یافت. به گزارش خبرگزاری هرانا، ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، فاطمه مهری شهروند ساکن شهرکرد به تحمل حبس محکوم شد. بر اساس این حکم که توسط شعبه ۱۰۶ دادگاه کیفری دو شهرستان شهرکرد صادر و به خانم مهری ابلاغ شده، وی از بابت اتهام “اخلال در نظم عمومی از طریق هیاهو و جنجال و راهبندان” به ۳ ماه حبس و ۳۱ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد. یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با هرانا عنوان کرد که “حکم حبس فاطمه مهری به علت نداشتن سابقه کیفری٬ به یک سال حبس تعلیقی و پرداخت ۳ میلیون تومان جریمه نقدی کاهش یافت”. از سوی دیگر کیفرخواست بخش دیگر پرونده خانم مهری به اتهام “فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام” صادر شده که در دادگاه انقلاب شهرکرد در حال رسیدگی است. فاطمه مهری، پیشتر در تاریخ ۴ آبان ماه در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در شهرکرد بازداشت شد. وی در تاریخ ۱۶ آبان ماه با تودیع قرار وثیقه به صورت موقت از زندان شهرکرد آزاد شده بود. مواد نقض حقوق بشر: ماده۸-رعایت حقوق انسانی توسط قانون ماده۹-عدم توقیف، حبس یا تبعید غیر قانونی شد ماده ۱۰-حق محاکمه قانونی برای همه ماده۲۲-حق امنیت اجتماعی فرهنگی مالی #مهسا_امینی. فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده Harana news agency - Fatemeh Mehri, a resident of Shahrekord, was sentenced to 3 months in prison and 31 lashes by the 106th branch of the second criminal court of this city. On the other hand, the indictment of the other part of Mrs. Mehri's case has been issued on the charge of "propaganda activity against the regime", which is being processed in Shahrekord Revolutionary Court. Fatemeh Mehri was arrested earlier on November 4 during nationwide protests in Shahrekord. He was temporarily released from Shahrekord prison on November 16 after posting bail.
