جواد روحی، کیمیا جوادی و مهدی محمدی‌فر، سه معترض باز‌داشت‌شده، به اعدام محکوم شدند

جواد روحی، کیمیا جوادی و مهدی محمدی‌فر، سه شهروند باز‌داشت‌شده در جریان خیزش انقلابی علیه جمهوری اسلامی در نوشهر به اعدام محکوم شدند. خبرگزاری قوه قضاییه روز سه‌شنبه ۱۰ دی اعلام کرد جواد روحی، از افراد بازداشت‌شده در نوشهر، به اتهام «افساد فی الارض» و «محاربه» به اعدام محکوم شده است. این رای در دیوان عالی کشور قابل فرجام‌خواهی است. پیشتر سازمان حقوق بشر ایران اعلام کرد با وجود اعدام شدن چهار معترض خیزش سراسری علیه جمهوری اسلامی، همچنان دست‌کم ۱۰۹ معترض دیگر در خطر صدور یا اجرای احکام اعدام قرار دارند. این سازمان غیردولتی مستقر در نروژ روز دوشنبه ۱۹ دی در تازه‌ترین گزارش خود درباره خیزش سراسری علیه جمهوری اسلامی، اعلام کرد که این آمار هم شامل افرادی است که رسانه‌های رسمی جمهوری اسلامی اخبار آنان را پوشش داده‌اند و هم شامل افرادی است که بنا بر گزارش‌های شهروندی در خطر اعدام قرار دارند. در مقایسه با فهرست پیشین معترضان در خطر اعدام که سازمان حقوق بشر ایران در روز ششم دی منتشر کرد، نام ۹ تن که به قید وثیقه آزاد شدند، یک تن که دیگر در اختیار ماموران سرکوب قرار ندارد و دو جان‌باخته اعتراضات که روز ۱۷ دی اعدام شدند، از فهرست حذف شده است. با این حال ۲۱ نفر دیگر که در خطر صدور یا اجرای احکام اعدام قرار دارند، به فهرست کنونی اضافه شده‌اند. سازمان حقوق بشر ایران تاکید کرده که جمهوری اسلامی «عامدانه با اظهارات ضد و نقیض درباره پرونده و احکام معترضان، مخصوصا احکام اعدام، تلاش می‌کند تا در این باره ابهام ایجاد کند». این سازمان اعلام کرد: «محدودیت دسترسی متهمان امنیتی به وکیل انتخابی (ذیل تبصره ماده ۴۸ قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری) در تمام مراحل بازجویی، دادرسی و فرجام‌خواهی، به این ابهام‌ها می‌افزاید. بسیاری از متهمان امکان ملاقات آزادانه و توضیح شرایطشان را برای خانواده خود نیز ندارند.» سازمان حقوق بشر ایران همچنین درباره آمار کشته‌شدگان خیزش سراسری گزارش داد که از شروع اعتراضات جاری تا کنون، دست‌کم ۴۸۱ شهروند، از جمله ۶۴ کودک و ۳۵ زن، کشته شده‌اند. این سازمان خواستار «توجه جامعه مدنی ایران و جامعه جهانی به تشدید سرکوب‌ها از طریق دستگیری‌های خودسرانه، آزارهای جسمی و جنسی در دوران بازداشت و بازجویی و صدور احکام فله‌ای» شد. مواد نقض حقوق بشر:ماده۲-عدم تبعیض ماده۳-حق حیات برای همه ماده۸-رعایت حقوق انسانی توسط قانون ماده۹-عدم توقیف، حبس یا تبعید غیر قانونی شدماده۱۸-حق آزادی عقیده ماده ۱۹-حق آزادی بیان ماده۲۰-حق آزادی تجمع و تظاهرات فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده Javad Rouhi, Kimia Javadi and Mehdi Mohammadifar, three citizens arrested during the revolutionary uprising against the Islamic Republic in Nowshahr, were sentenced to death.
