زورآزمایی مجدد حکومت در مقابل «بیحجابی»

عبدالصمد خرم‌آبادی معاون دادستان کل در امور نظارت بر دادسراها و ضابطین سراسر کشور گفته است:“دستور دادستانی کل ایران به پلیس و دادگاه‌ها برای برخورد با “کشف حجاب” صادر شده است که با قاطعیت با “کشف حجاب” برخورد کند. “به رؤسای کل دادگستری سراسر کشور اعلام شده است به قید فوریت برنامه‌ریزی لازم را برای برخورد جدی و بازدارنده با جرم کشف حجاب به عمل آورند”.بعد از چهار ماه به قید فوریت! یعنی بعد از چهار ماه که بیحجابی در خیابان ها، دانشگاهها، فروشگاهها و ادارات در ابعادی توده‌ای گسترش یافت و نتوانستید جلوی آنرا بگیرید، حالا یک دفعه خواب‌نما شده‌اید که با قید فوریت جلو بیحجابی را بگیرید!۴۳ سال تمام زورتان را زدید، اوباشتان، لمپن‌هایتان، ارگانهایتان، مساجد و رسانه‌هایتان را بکار گرفتید، با اسید و پونز و دشنه و اخراج و زندان و تجاوز و با هر جنایتی که از دستتان بر میامد همه قدرتتان را بکار انداختید اما نهایتا شکست خوردید و بی‌حجابی و بدحجابی کل جامعه را گرفت. مقابله با حجاب و بیحقوقی زن به انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی تکامل یافت. انقلابی که زنان حامیان بسیار بیشتری در ایران و در سطح بین المللی پیدا کردند. طرفداران نسبیت فرهنگی و اینکه حجاب فرهنگ خود مردم است در سطح جهان بی‌اعتبار شد، دیگر هیچ بخش اپوزیسیون هم نمیگوید حجاب مساله مهمی نیست. در سطح حکومتی‌ها خیلی‌ها صدایشان درآمد. خامنه‌ای هم مجبور شد بگوید با بدحجابی بعنوان بی‌دینی یا ضد انقلاب برخورد نشود. یعنی بدحجابی که جرم کبیره بود الان دیگر جرم نیست. در چنین شرایطی دوباره میتوانید گشت ارشاد را به خیابان بیاورید و کاری که سر مهسا آوردید را دوباره تکرار کنید؟ یعنی جراتش را دارید؟ توانش را دارید؟قتل مهسا به یک انقلاب منجر شد. توازن قوا بشدت عوض شد. همه زورتان را زده‌اید، سرتاپای حکومت و ارگانهایتان را علیه زنان بسیج کردد و نهایتا بیحجابی توده‌ای شد. از همه مهمتر وضعیت اقتصادی است که جامعه را در آستانه یک انفجار عظیم قرار داده است. انقلاب با هر افت و خیزی که داشته باشد با قدرتی بسیار عظیم‌تر، با نیرویی به مراتب بیشتر، و با رادیکالیسمی عمیقتر شما جانیان حاکم را از پا در خواهد آورد. هیچ غلطی نمیتوانید بکنید. زنان و جامعه به پیشروی تا سرنگونی ادامه میدهند. مواد نقض حقوق بشر: ماده۲-عدم تبعیض فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده Abdul Samad Khorramabadi, the Deputy Attorney General for the supervision of prosecutors and bailiffs across the country, said: "The order of the Prosecutor General's Office of Iran has been issued to the police and courts to deal with the discovery of the hijab, to deal decisively with the discovery of the hijab."
