بازداشت و آزادی؛ گزارشی از آخرین وضعیت ۳ شهروند

طی هفته های اخیر، علی میرزاپور توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تبریز بازداشت و به زندان این شهر منتقل شد. همزمان، عسل لباسچی و امیرعلی نجار شهروندان بازداشتی، آزاد شدند. به گزارش خبرگزاری هرانا، ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، روز یکشنبه ۲۰ آذرماه ۱۴۰۱، عسل لباسچی، بازیگر و کارگردان تئاتر آزاد شد. آزادی خانم لباسچی با تودیع قرار وثیقه به صورت موقت و تاپایان مراحل دادرسی صورت گرفته است. عسل لباسچی، بازیگر، کارگردان تئاتر و سرپرست گروه هنری هیچ در روز یکشنبه ۱۵ آبان ماه توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل شخصی خود واقع در شهرک اکباتان تهران بازداشت شده بود. از سوی دیگر، امیرعلی نجار، دانشجوی ورودی ۱۴۰۱ دانشکده نفت دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر، که در تاریخ ۲۴ آبان ماه، بازداشت شده بود، آزاد شد. همچنین به گزارش کانال شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران، علی میرزاپور توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تبریز بازداشت و به زندان این شهر منتقل شد. در این گزارش آمده است: “آقای میرزاپور، ۲۲ ساله، اهل روستای چله خانه صوفیان استان آذربایجان شرقی و دانشجوی حقوق دانشگاه آزاد حدود یک ماه پیش بازداشت و در طی یک تماس تلفنی با خانواده خود از انتقالش به زندان تبریز خبر داده است. علاوه براین او درخواست کرده که برایش وکیل گرفته شود.” تا لحظه تنظیم این گزارش از دلایل بازداشت و اتهامات مطروحه علیه این شهروندان اطلاعی در دست نیست. در رابطه با اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت مهسا امینی زن جوان ۲۲ ساله به بهانه بدحجابی توسط پلیس امنیت اخلاقی و سپس جان باختن او در زمان بازداشت به موج گسترده ای از اعتراضات سراسری در ایران دامن زد. معترضان در طولانی ترین اعتراض سراسری-پیوسته در عمر جمهوری اسلامی، با شعار محوری “زن، زندگی، آزادی” از ۲۶ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در اعتراض به عملکرد، قوانین و ساختار حکومت به خیابانها آمدند. هزاران بازداشت شده، صدها کشته و زخمی از جمله نتایج برخورد خشونت آمیز نهادهای امنیتی-انتظامی با معترضان است. موادنقض حقوق بشر : ماده۷- همه در برابر قانون مساوی هستند ماده۹-عدم توقیف، حبس یا تبعید غیر قانونی شد ماده۲۲-حق امنیت اجتماعی فرهنگی مالی #مهسا_امینی فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده In recent weeks, Ali Mirzapour was arrested by the security forces in Tabriz and transferred to the prison of this city.
