اعتراضات سراسری؛ بازداشت یک شهروند در شاهین دژ و تداوم بازداشت ۲ تن در خرم آباد

میترا جوادی، شهروند ساکن شاهین دژ در جریان اعتراضات سراسری توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و توسط دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شاهین دژ تفهیم اتهام شده است. از سوی دیگر شیوا موسی‌ زاده، دانشجوی دانشگاه هنر تهران و برادرش توماج موسی‌ زاده کماکان در زندان خرم آباد در بازداشت به سر میبرند. به گزارش خبرگزاری هرانا، ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۲۸ آبان ۱۴۰۱، میترا جوادی، شهروند ساکن شاهین دژ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. خانم جوادی توسط شعبه اول دادیاری دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شاهین دژ، در خصوص اتهاماتی همچون “اغوا و تحریک مردم به جنگ و کشتار به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور و تبلیغ به نفع گروه های مخالف نظام عنوان” مورد تفهیم اتهام قرار گرفته است. پیام های شخصی این شهروند در اینستاگرام از مصادیق اتهامات وارده علیه این عنوان شده است. همچنین از دسترسی وکیل مدافع او به محتویات پرونده جلوگیری شده است. به گفته یک منبع مطلع این شهروند از زمان بازداشت اقدام به اعتصاب غذا کرده است. از سوی دیگر شیوا موسی‌ زاده، دانشجوی دانشگاه هنر تهران و برادرش توماج موسی‌ زاده کماکان در بازداشت به سر میبرند. به گفته یک منبع مطلع: “این دو شهروند امروز به بند عمومی زندان خرم آباد منتقل شدند. برای آزادی شیوا وثیقه ۴۰۰ میلیونی و برای توماج قرار کفالت تعیین شده است.” این شهروندان روز دوشنبه ۱۶ آبان ماه پس از حضور در مراسم چهلم نیکا شاکرمی، از جانباختگان اعتراضات سراسری در تهران توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند. لازم به ذکر است، خانم موسی زاده پیشتر نیز در تاریخ ۳۱ شهریورماه توسط نیروهای امنتی بازداشت و چندی بعد در تاریخ ۱۲ مهر با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شده بود. در رابطه با اعتراضات سراسری شهریور-آبان ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت مهسا امینی زن جوان ۲۲ ساله به جرم بدحجابی توسط پلیس امنیت اخلاقی و سپس جان باختن او در زمان بازداشت به موج گسترده ای از اعتراضات سراسری در ایران دامن زد. معترضان با شعار محوری “زن، زندگی، آزادی” در اعتراض به عملکرد، قوانین و ساختار حکومت معترض به خیابانها آمدند. هرانا با انتشار گزارشی ۲۱۵ صفحه ای به بررسی آماری، تحلیل و جمع بندی از بیست روز نخست اعتراضات (۲۶ شهریور تا ۱۳ مهر ۱۴۰۱) اختصاص داد. در گزارش مذکور علاوه بر تحلیل جغرافیایی و ارائه نقشه و نمودار، هویت ۲۰۰ جان باخته احتمالی از جمله ۱۸ کودک و نوجوان، برآورد از ۵۵۰۰ بازداشت شده به همراه هویت ۵۶۳ تن از شهروندان بازداشت شده، ۱۲۳ دانشجو و ۳۶ روزنامه نگار یا فعال عرصه خبر ارائه شده است. همچنین در کنار بخش های متعدد دیگر، مجموعه کاملی از ۶۹۸ گزارش ویدیویی راستی آزمایی شده به تفکیک زمان و موضوع در این گزارش لحاظ شده است. این گزارش اعتراضات در ۳۴۲ نقطه کشور در تمام استانهای کشور از جمله ۱۰۵ شهر و ۶۸ دانشگاه را بررسی کرده است. برای مطالعه گزارش اینجا را کلیک کنید. مواد نقض حقوق بشر: ماده۸-رعایت حقوق انسانی توسط قانون ماده۹-عدم توقیف، حبس یا تبعید غیر قانونی ماده۲۲-حق امنیت اجتماعی فرهنگی مالی فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده. #مهسا_امینی And the revolution of Sahin Dej Tafhim has been blamed.
