سهیلا حجاب با «ویلچر» به دادگستری منتقل شد

«سهیلا حجاب»، زندانی سیاسی و از مخالفان حجاب اجباری، که پیش‌تر در زندان مورد «ضرب‌و‌شتم» قرار گفته بود، با ویلچر به دادگستری کرمانشاه منتقل شد. این زندانی سیاسی، فعال مدنی مخالف حجاب اجباری و وکیل دادگستری، امروز ۸دی۱۴۰۱، برای تفهیم اتهام از زندان کرمانشاه به دادگستری این شهر اعزام شد. به گزارش نهادهای حقوق‌بشری اما او، به دلیل صدمات ناشی از «ضرب‌و‌شتم» ناچار به استفاده از ویلچر شده است. او پیش‌تر با ارسال نامه‌ای به شرح خشونت و فشارهای وارده شده پرداخته و رفتار زندانبانان با خود را بدتر از برخورد با اسرای ایرانی در جنگ ایران و عراق خوانده بود. سهیلا حجاب خرداد۱۳۹۸، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و در تاریخ ۲۴اسفند۱۳۹۸، با تودیع قرار وثیقه ۳ میلیارد تومانی تا پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان اوین آزاد شد. شعبه ۲۸ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی «محمد مقیسه» او را از بابت اتهاماتی از جمله «تبلیغ علیه نظام، اجتماع و تبانی، تشویش اذهان عمومی به قصد آشوب و تشکیل گروه غیرقانونی» محکوم کرد، که با اعمال ماده ۱۳۴، مجازات اشد یعنی ۵ سال حبس تعزیری برای وی قابل اجرا است. سهیلا حجاب در خرداد ۱۳۹۹ بازداشت و جهت تحمل حبس به زندان قرچک ورامین منتقل شد. وی مدتی قبل از زندان قرچک ورامین به زندان سنندج تبعید، و در تاریخ ۱۷دی۱۴۰۰، به کانون اصلاح و تربیت کرمانشاه منتقل شد. این زندانی سیاسی تاکنون چند بار با تحریک مقامات زندان و به دست زندانیان جرایم خشن، مورد ضرب‌و‌شتم قرار گرفته و در اعتراض به این برخورد، دست به اعتصاب غذا زده است. مواد نقض حقوق بشر: ماده۸-رعایت حقوق انسانی توسط قانون ماده۹-عدم توقیف، حبس یا تبعید غیر قانونی شد #مهسا _امینی فعال حقوق بشر در ایران کوثر ولی زاده "Sahila Hijab", a political prisoner and one of the opponents of the mandatory hijab, who had previously been "beaten" in prison, was taken to the Kermanshah judiciary in a wheelchair. ایتالیا با احضار سفیر تازه ایران، خواستار توقف «قتل‌عام» معترضان در ایران شد
